no news is good news. workin my tail off tryin to get WWII wrapped up - we're doing some cool stuff on Tunisia = maybe you'll be able to negotiate with that - imho the nocat.net website is really a boon that you've prolly overlooked - whatta way to help out 3rd world fuckups. not that tunisia is a bunch of fuck-ups. their neighbors are for sure. of course, so are my neighbors, and regardless we're all living relatively harmoniously within 100 yards of eachother, so building a wi-fi net with pringles cans or what have you should not be a big challenge.... anyhow, food for thought.
